2. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments via AuthiPay. By purchasing from us, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via An Post (standard post). We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Our standard shipping method does not include a tracking link. If you require delivery updates via tracking, please contact us in advance and arrange for payment of a higher level of shipping (Registered or Express Post, depending on your location). This must be agreed and paid for before your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ireland: 5 working days
• UK: 10 working days
• EU: 10–15 working days
• USA & Canada (Airmail): 12–14 working days

Please allow up to 10 working days in case of postal delays. If express delivery is needed, please phone us before placing your order. Additional charges will apply.

4. Substitutions and Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock and we have a similar item at the same price, we reserve the right to substitute it. If no substitution is possible, you will be contacted by email and refunded for that item unless we can source it within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Include your name, order number, and postal address with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow for banking delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for returns over €50.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After this, orders can only be cancelled upon return of goods. Handling, packaging, and return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

7. Donations

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Minimum Age and Legal Capacity

Orders must be placed by individuals legally permitted to use a credit/debit card in their country. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of St Martin Apostolate or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of our content without permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts for breach of these terms. Users may discontinue use at any time.
